Piña Colada Cold Brew
It’ll soon be beach season, and we’re getting ready for it here at Dilworth. This is a common recipe format for us. Start with our smooth cold brew, and top it with a sweetened cream to create an indulgent spring drink to delight the senses. This cold brew uses coconut syrup in the coffee, and pineapple smoothie mix in the cream instead of pineapple syrup to create a luxurious spring beverage.

Ingredients
- 8oz cold brew
- 1 scoop ice
- 2 pumps coconut syrup
- 1oz pineapple smoothie mix
- 2oz heavy cream
- garnish with pineapple
Directions
- Add ice to serving glass.
- Pour cold brew over ice.
- Add 2 pumps of coconut syrup to cold brew and stir.
- In metal shaker, add heavy cream and smoothie mix.
- Shaker cream for 15 seconds or until thick.
- Pour cream on top of cold brew and garnish with pineapple.
- Serve!
