This Strawberry Shortcake Shake is a nostalgic blend of strawberry and vanilla with creamy oat milk, but the secret is the Monin Brilliance Energy™ that gives your customers a plant-based jolt without the 'sugar crash'.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Monin Strawberry Syrup
- 1 oz Brilliance Dragon Fruit Pink Energy
- ½ oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 6 oz oat milk
- 16 oz cup of ice
- Optional: whipped cream garnish
Directions
Pour all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glass and top with whipped cream.
