This Sunrise Refresher is a bright, emerging mix of Yumberry Red Energy and lemonade, topped with sparkling water for that crisp finish. We used Monin Brilliance Energy™ so you can give your customers that plant-based jolt they’re looking for without cluttering your fridge with cans. It looks like an insane morning sunrise in a clear cup and sells itself the second one leaves the bar.
Ingredients
1 oz Brilliance Yumberry Red Energy
2 oz Dr. Smoothie lemonade
4 oz club soda
Directions
Fill a 16oz cup with ice.
Pour Brilliance Red Energy over ice.
Next, add Dr. Smoothie lemonade.
Top with club soda. Gently stir or leave as-is for a layered look.
