Valentines’ day is almost here! To get in the mood this February, we’re making a twist on a classic, a caramel macchiato. In this recipe we’re upgrading a classic coffee chain macchiato and using chocolate instead of caramel. This drink is so good, you’ll be buying two! One for you, and one for your boo.

Ingredients
2 shots espresso
1 scoop ice
1 pump dark chocolate sauce
1 pump vanilla syrup
2 oz heavy cream
8 oz milk/milk alternative
garnish with dark chocolate sauce
Directions
In the serving glass, drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass.
Pull espresso shot.
Add ice to the serving glass.
Add espresso, 1 pump of chocolate sauce, and milk to the glass and stir.
In a metal shaker, add heavy cream and vanilla syrup, and shake until thick.
Pour cream on top of latte.
Drizzle with more chocolate sauce and serve!
