Come Over Au-Lait-er
This Café Au Lait will work with any of our fantastic coffees. We’re using red food coloring in the milk to add a seasonal flair. If you have a natural dye you like, feel free to use it. This recipe is a twist on a truffle latte. Swapping out the espresso for drip, and the classic raspberry flavor for strawberry.

Ingredients
- 6 oz coffee
- 4 oz milk
- ½ pump white chocolate sauce
- 1 pump strawberry syrup
- 1 drop red food coloring
- Garnish with red sprinkles
Directions
- Add drip coffee to serving mug.
- In steam pitcher, add milk, syrup, sauce and food coloring.
- Steam milk and pour over drip coffee.
- Garnish with red sprinkles and serve!
