Come Over Au-Lait-er
This Café Au Lait will work with any of our fantastic coffees. We’re using red food coloring in the milk to add a seasonal flair. If you have a natural dye you like, feel free to use it. This recipe is a twist on a truffle latte. Swapping out the espresso for drip, and the classic raspberry flavor for strawberry.

Ingredients
6 oz coffee
4 oz milk
½ pump white chocolate sauce
1 pump strawberry syrup
1 drop red food coloring
Garnish with red sprinkles
Directions
Add drip coffee to serving mug.
In steam pitcher, add milk, syrup, sauce and food coloring.
Steam milk and pour over drip coffee.
Garnish with red sprinkles and serve!
