Iced Cheesecake Americano
It’s summer again! And there’s nothing better than an iced Americano during these hot summer days. We’re keeping it simple with this one and making a cheesecake inspired iced coffee to keep you cool and sweet in the sun. There’s no sweetener in the coffee to keep the drink balanced, but feel free to mix the cream in if you like!

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 scoop ice
- 9oz water
- 2oz heavy cream
- 2 pumps Torani cheesecake syrup
Directions
- Add ice to serving glass.
- Pull espresso and set aside.
- Pour filtered water into serving cup.
- Add espresso to ice water.
- In a metal shaker, add heavy cream and syrup. Shake until thick.
- Pour cream on top of coffee.
- Serve!
