Coconut Spritz
This is our take on a classic summer cocktail, the Aperol Spritz. We’ve decided to give it a summery twist by adding some decadent coconut cream, but we’re keeping the aperol vibes with some sweet orange syrup! This one’s a keep, we promise! You won’t even be upset if it's non-alcoholic.

Ingredients
2 shots espresso
1 scoop ice
1 tbsp coconut cream
2 pumps orange syrup
8oz soda water
Directions
Add ice to the serving glass.
Pull espresso, add syrup and coconut cream, stir and set aside.
Add soda water into ice.
Pour coffee mixture over the soda water.
Serve!
