Coconut Spritz
This is our take on a classic summer cocktail, the Aperol Spritz. We’ve decided to give it a summery twist by adding some decadent coconut cream, but we’re keeping the aperol vibes with some sweet orange syrup! This one’s a keep, we promise! You won’t even be upset if it's non-alcoholic.

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 scoop ice
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 pumps orange syrup
- 8oz soda water
Directions
- Add ice to the serving glass.
- Pull espresso, add syrup and coconut cream, stir and set aside.
- Add soda water into ice.
- Pour coffee mixture over the soda water.
- Serve!
