Coconut Cream Pie Iced Latte
Real coconut cream pie is all about that heavy, chrome-edged diner vibe. It's that massive, chilled slice sitting in the rotating glass case that's been the MVP of the American weekend since the 1800s, man. We're talking thick custard, a mountain of whipped cream, and that home-cooked soul that hits just right.
To bring that old-school nostalgia to your bar, we're leaning into the Coconut Cream Pie Iced Latte. We're taking a hit of Monin Coconut syrup and smoothing it out with a velvet layer of French Vanilla to mimic that buttery, custardy pie filling, then letting a solid shot of espresso handle the business end of things. It's a total throwback in a 16oz cup: sweet, creamy, and legit. Huge thanks to the legends at Monin USA for the recipe blueprint on this one. It's the full diner experience, minus the squeaky vinyl booths.
