Summer will soon be here, and the summer sun will be rising in the sky. Enjoying a Dreamsicle on the beach is one of the great joys of summer. We’ve recreated it with this Dreamsicle Espresso Soda. Espresso, vanilla, and orange syrup with sparkling water over ice, this drink will have you singing for summer.

Ingredients
2 shots espresso
8oz soda water
1oz half & half
1 scoop ice
1 pump vanilla syrup
1 pump orange syrup
Directions
Pull a double shot of espresso.
In serving glass, add vanilla and orange syrup.
Add 1 scoop of ice into glass.
Pour soda water onto ice and stir to mix syrups.
Slowly pour half & half on top of soda water and stir gently.
Slowly pour espresso shot on top of soda water and let the foam rise.
Gently stir and serve! Enjoy.
