Toasted Pumpkin, Maple Turmeric & Kettle Corn - October Featured Beverages

Nothing warms us up on a frosty fall day like a pumpkin latte. The season is here, and Dilworth has got you covered! We’ve added in some toasted marshmallow syrup to create a flavor that’s sure to remind us of sitting around a campfire. A subtle wave of cinnamon and nutmeg from the Pumpkin Pie syrup, and a gentle finish of toastiness that will have you singing. Our Toasted Pumpkin Latte is creamy, spicy and toasty that'll warm you from head to toe.

Toasted Pumpkin Latte

Ingredient

12oz

Toasted Marshmallow Syrup (Monin or Torani)

1 pump

Pumpkin Pie Syrup (Monin or Torani)

2 pumps

espresso

2 shots

milk

2 pumps

ground cinnamon

 

Instructions:

      1. Measure milk into pitcher.
      2. Measure syrups into cup.
      3. Pull espresso, pour into cup and mix with syrups until well combined.
      4. Steam milk and pour into cup.
      5. Serve.

This is a modern twist on a classic pairing, tea and honey. With the woody sweetness of maple and the earthy notes of tea and turmeric, we decided to highlight Two Roots Turmeric Ginger Mix and arrived at a golden fall treat. Two Roots Turmeric is a tea powder with rooibos tea, turmeric, ginger, and a dash of black pepper to activate the healing power. A woodsy kick of sweetness from the maple spice syrup and tingly spice from the Turmeric Mix creates a golden foam tea latte that will heal you inside and out. Feel free to add more Turmeric for a deeper earthy flavor, or more maple for a delightful sweetness. Perhaps, even try adding a shot of espresso for an extra boost of caffeine and an earthy chocolate kick!

Maple Turmeric Latte

Ingredient

TLAB Two Roots Turmeric Ginger Latte Mix

1 tbsp

Monin Maple Spice Syrup

2 pumps

milk

6oz

ground cinnamon

 

Instructions:

        1. Mix TLAB latte mix into milk in a steaming pitcher.
        2. Measure Maple Spice syrup into cup.
        3. Pour steamed milk into cup and garnish with cinnamon.
        4. Serve.

There’s a buttery smooth mouthfeel and salted caramel aftertaste that will remind you of bustling fairgrounds and fried things on sticks. We’ve tried to encapsulate that feeling with this cappuccino. The Kettle Corn syrup adds a buttery roasted flavor that you didn’t know you needed, until now.

4 pumps

milk

6 oz

espresso

2 shots

Instructions:

          1. Measure and steam milk.
          2. Measure Kettle Corn syrup into cup.
          3. Pour steamed milk into cup and top with steamed foam.
          4. Serve.
