Matcha Gingerbread Iced Latte
June 6th is national gingerbread day (weird we know), but this latte is inspired by our communal love of spiced sugary treats any time of year. The mellow floral flavors of green tea pair surprisingly well with the brown sugar and winter spices of gingerbread. Given that gingerbread syrup may be in short supply smack dab in the middle of June, feel free to substitute in Brown Sugar Syrup or Cinnamon Syrup if you have one of those on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp TLAB Matcha
- 1oz Hot Water
- 8oz Milk or Milk Alternative
- 2oz Heavy Cream
- 2 pumps Torani Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 4oz Ice
- Gingerbread Cookie to garnish (optional)
Directions
- In shot glass, add 1oz of hot water.
- Add ice to 16oz glass.
- Add matcha, milk, and syrup to glass and then stir.
- In shaker tin, add cream cheese and molasses, shake till thick.
- Pour cream on top of matcha latte, garnish with gingerbread cookie.
- Serve.
