Butterscotch Cold Brew
We’re using molasses and Torani white chocolate sauce for this cold brew in a very common formula around here at Dilworth. A flavored cold brew and a spiked cold foam on top with a delightful garnish to follow. We’re using the white chocolate sauce in the cold brew, molasses in the whipped cream for some color, and brown sugar for a sweet garnish.

Ingredients
- 8oz cold brew
- 1 scoop ice
- 1 pump Torani white chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2oz heavy cream
- brown sugar to garnish
Directions
- Add ice to the serving cup.
- Add syrup and cold brew over ice and mix.
- In metal shaker, add heavy cream and molasses.
- Shake until thick.
- Pour on top of cold brew.
- Garnish with sprinkle of brown sugar and serve!
