Seda Dulce is Dilworth’s only single origin light roast espresso. Single origin espressos can be a little controversial. Typically, single origins are roasted to enhance one standout characteristic—like a bright citrus note or a smooth chocolate mouthfeel. That makes it tricky to craft a light roast espresso that’s also balanced and versatile enough for daily shop use.
But Seda Dulce? It hits the sweet spot. We developed it to be mild, nutty, and buttery, with a distinct caramel flavor. It pairs beautifully with steamed milk—think cortados and cappuccinos—and it pulls consistently, shot after shot.
