Classic Frozen Latte with Monin Neutral Base

Let’s start simple with a classic and timeless blended beverage: The Frozen Latte. It is the same time-tested recipe that has been the staple of the café for decades. All you need is good espresso and milk, and perhaps your favorite flavored sweetener such as vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut. Monin Neutral Base makes the conversion of this classic to a refreshing iced beverage a simple process. Simply add ice and neutral base and you have created a delicious frozen latte.

Monin Neutral Base: Classic Frozen Latte

Instructions:

1. Add Monin Neutral Base, Dilworth Espresso and 4oz of Pacific Barista Series oat milk to your blender.
2. Optional: add your syrup of choice.
3. Pour ice into blender.
4. Blend well for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
5. Pour beverage into serving cup, garnish and serve.

Note: Substitute Pacific Foods Barista Series oat milk with regular milk for a non-vegan Frozen Latte.
